His progress was so fast, and rapid with my coaching he couldn’t believe the number on the scale. At the start, December 4th, 2022 Matthew weighed in at 181 pounds. At the end of the year, December 31st, 2022 he weighed in at 168.5 for a total of 12 pounds of weight loss.

Mathew got in contact with me last November to start the journey of losing weight, getting into better shape, and building more confidence.

I told him confidence comes from repeating the same actions over and over again. We decided to do a program that would burn at least 10 pounds from his starting weight of 181.

We agreed to set the goal at 170 pounds which is 11 pounds. I didn’t even get a full four weeks with Matthew… yet we were able to melt 12 pounds off of his body! Matthew didn’t believe such results were possible until HE DID IT!

What was out secret? The same thing I have been preaching for months now. ALTERNATE DAY FASTING!
