You need to log. Everything! Yes. Everything! How much water do you drink? How much are urinating? What’s your bowel movements like? What you’re eating. Everything!

Weight loss in a nutshell is very easy, but so many people struggle with losing the weight.

Part of the problem is people are not tracking what they eat. They either underestimate how many calories they’re actually consuming. Not doing any exercise.

Consuming junk food and doing other activities. That’s gonna derail them from their fitness goals and look at your logs, literally that simple and writing everything down.

Don’t use a phone. I mean get a actual pencil notebook or a pen, write it down. Log it. So you can keep track and it’s easier to adjust and fix whatever plateau or whatever issue that you’re trying to adjust.
