Over the past 20 years there’s been a group of marginalized men who have been complaining about their status and rank in the dating market. There are many reasons on why the men ended up in their position in the dating life, but the biggest reason behind their struggles, are the results of the explosion of social media, and the creation of dating apps. With their explicit focus on dating applications, vacations men men have been complaining that they are not able to find success on apps like Tinder and Bumble, Bumble because the men outnumber women three to one. Because there’s such a discrepancy in the two genders men feel it is impossible to have any type of success as the women on the dating app is going to be more picky and more selective, due to the sheer volume of requests she’s getting for her time. I came across a post on 4chan that expressed frustration and anger due to this very scenario. The panel gives their take on whether or not incels are right about their views on The Dating Market.
